Regina Beach Curbside Recycling

Subscription Fee: Contact your Town Office for Details

Your service includes 2 Blue Boxes and Bi-weekly collection ( download calendar ). In 2008, the Town of Regina Beach also mandated a Curbside Recycling Service for all residents. We are very excited to have them on board & will update how much material we are collecting from their community!

Have your bins out at the curb by 8:00 am to ensure collection. Please place bins at the end of your driveway & on the address side of your property.

    BLUE BOX 1:

    • Aluminum containers & tin cans
    • Milk cartons and milk jugs
    • Plastic beverage bottles, cereal box bags, plastic grocery and garbage bags
    • Household plastic with a number 1 - 7 on the bottom in the recycling logo.

    BLUE BOX 2:

    • Brown paper bags and tissue roll cores
    • Corrugated cardboard and paperboard (cereal) boxes
    • Magazines and catalogues
    • Telephone books
    • Junk mail, envelopes, newspaper and flyers
    • Letter-quality paper
    • Gift wrap and packing paper

    GROCERY BAGS

    To minimize unnecessary litter:

    • Please use your grocery bags for any extra paper/cardboard materials that will fit.
    • Please use your grocery bags for any shredded paper or any other household plastic materials such as lids, film and grocery bags.

    SORTING REQUIREMENTS:

    RINSE:
    • Food tins and cans
    • Milk cartons and jugs
    FLATTEN:
    • All cardboard boxes
    • All boxboard material
    REMOVE:
    • Lids and caps

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

    • Light bulbs
    • Styrofoam
    • Window glass
    • Household garbage
    • Ceramics
    • Plastic food or product wrap
    • Glass bottles and jars
    • Plastic motor oil or hazardous chemical containers
    • Unclassified plastic items such as toys
    • Recyclables that are not properly rinsed or prepared
